At History Candles, each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and ready to gift.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $7.95

• Free Shipping: Available on orders of $75 or more

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or destination.

Shipping Issues & Damage

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. History Candles is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
