Refund policy

At History Candles, we take great care in the craftsmanship and packaging of every order. If there is an issue with your purchase, we are committed to addressing it promptly and fairly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been opened, used, or burned. This policy helps ensure product quality and safety for all customers.

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with resolution. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error or damage on our part.
