How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $7.95 within the United States.
Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

How long does delivery take?
After shipping, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery times may vary due to weather or carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, History Candles ships within the United States only.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly. Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been opened, used, or burned. This policy helps ensure product quality and safety for all customers.

What if I received the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to correct the issue promptly.
Are your candles gift-ready?
Yes. All History Candles arrive in gift-ready packaging, designed to be suitable for display and gifting without additional wrapping.
How should I care for my candle?
For best performance, allow the wax to melt fully to the edge on the first burn (approximately 2–3 hours). Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and never leave a burning candle unattended.
